Lakeside Paradise is a spacious resort cabin located on beautiful Nolin Lake in the Mammoth Cave region of Kentucky. We are open for vacation rentals year-round. This 1340 sq. ft. cabin has 3 Br., 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, custom oak cabinets, living room with sofa and love seat, flat panel TV, VCR/DVD combo, and central heat & air. There is a large covered porch with gas grill and picnic table overlooking beautiful Nolin Lake.  Easy sloping lot with a great view of the lake. All that you need to bring is food and lake towels!!

On Nolin Lake you are able to enjoy swimming, skiing and fishing.  There is a boat ramp less than ¼ mile away and a boat slip in front of the cottage.   Other activities nearby include cave tours, spelunking, museums, golf, hiking, horseback riding, shopping and live theatre.

REGULAR RATES

• $450 for two nights - plus $60 cleaning fee, state and local taxes.
• $625 for three nights - plus $60 cleaning fee, state and local taxes.
• $775 for four nights - plus $60 cleaning fee, state and local taxes.
• $775 for five nights - plus $60 cleaning fee, state and local taxes (See Special Rates).
• $900 for six nights - plus $60 cleaning fee, state and local taxes.
• $100 for each add'l night after six.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

• Deposits are due within 5 days after phone reservation is made.
  - A deposit of $250 is required for all stays.
  - Upon arrival deposit money will go towards rental minus $100, which will be held for damage deposit.  This deposit will be refunded in full within 10 days of your departure provided the cabin is found to be in satisfactory condition.
• Two-night minimum rental is required, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
• Rent is due in advance in the form of Personal, Travelers, Cashiers Check or Money Order.

• Check-in is 3:00 pm Central Time.
• Check-out is 11:00 noon Central Time.
• CANCELLATIONS for reservations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive any refund.
• ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
• SINGLES UNDER THE AGE OF 25 may not rent a unit unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian DURING THEIR ENTIRE STAY.
• MAID SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED.
• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
• NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
